Rajinikanth Fulfills long time Dream with Ayodhya Ram Mandir Visit

Accompanied by his wife Latha, the legendary actor Rajinikanth embarked on a meaningful journey to the revered temple town. With a deep sense of reverence, he paid his heartfelt obeisance to the divine figure of Ram Lalla at the sacred and historic makeshift Ayodhya Ram Mandir situated at the hallowed site of Ram Janmabhoomi. The couple’s presence added a touch of solemnity and respect to the significant occasion, marking a moment that resonates with devotion and spiritual significance.

Rajinikanth Ayodhya Ram Mandir Visit

On Sunday, legendary actor Rajinikanth visited Ayodhya and declared that his “long-cherished dream has come true.” Rajinikanth was joined by his wife Latha as he paid his respects to Ram Lalla at the temporary Ayodhya Ram Mandir at Ram Janmabhoomi. He also witnessed the continuing building of a magnificent Ram temple.

The pair also prayed at the Hanuman Garhi shrine. Rajinikanth was greeted by members of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust upon his arrival at Ram Janmabhoomi.

‘Naresh Ayodhya’ Among those who greeted the actor were Virendra Mohan Pratap Mishra and Anil Mishra. Sharad Sharma, the leader of the Vishva Hindu Parishad, presented Rajinikanth to members of the Trust. Rajinikanth went to Hanuman Garhi temple after arriving in Ayodhya with his wife at 3 p.m.

Hanuman Garhi priests conducted Vedic ceremonies and affixed ‘Chandan tilak’ to the couple’s forehead. “My long-cherished dream of visiting Ayodhya has come true today,” Rajinikanth said as he exited the Hanuman Garhi shrine. “It will be a grand view,” Rajinikanth remarked of the Ram Mandir building, which is set to begin in January of next year. After paying his respects to Ram Lalla, the actor left Ayodhya.

On Friday night, the actor landed in Lucknow for the screening of his film ‘Jailer,’ which was attended by U.P. deputy chief minister Keshav Prasad Maurya and also others on Saturday. On Saturday, he visited with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and touched his feet to seek blessings.

Meeting with Akhilesh

Earlier in the day, Rajinikanth visited Akhilesh Yadav, national head of the Samajwadi Party (SP), and his wife Dimple Yadav (Mainpuri MP), at the Yadavs’ house. Akhilesh and Rajnikanth embraced upon meeting and then sat down to talk. Rajinikanth paid floral respects to the late SP founder Mulayam Singh Yadav’s image.

According to an SP statement, Rajinikanth stated, “Mulayam Singhji was a good friend of mine.” I’m here to see my pals; I met Akhileshji nine years ago at an event in Mumbai, and we’ve been friends ever since. We frequently communicate over the phone. I was in Lucknow five years ago for a film shoot and lamented not being able to meet Akhilesh.”

Following the encounter, Akhilesh commented on the microblogging site X in Hindi, “When hearts meet, people hug…” “…When I was doing engineering studies in Mysuru, it used to be delightful seeing him on the film screen,” Akhilesh continued in the article. Even now, seeing him brings me the same thrill and excitement. We’ve been pals since we met nine years ago.”
