Congress Leaders Decline Ayodhya Ram Mandir: Leading Congress Members have turned down an invitation to the opening of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Sonia Gandhi, and Mallikarjun Kharge said that the gathering was a “political project” planned for “electoral gain” by the BJP and RSS.

It is clear that the BJP and RSS officials pushed for the opening of the unfinished temple in order to win political points. According to a party statement, “Sri Mallikarjun Kharge, Smt. Sonia Gandhi and Shri Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury have respectfully declined the invitation to what is clearly an RSS/BJP event while abiding by the 2019 Supreme Court judgment and honoring the sentiments of millions who revere Lord Ram.”

Together with the leaders of the three major political parties. The Congress leaders had received invitations to the event last month. According to reports, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has also extended invitations to former prime ministers Manmohan Singh and HD Deve Gowda.

The big temple is now getting ready for the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ of Ram Lalla’s idol on January 22. The first section of the temple is almost finished. On January 22 Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the dedication ceremony. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust will enthrone Ram Lalla in the sanctum-sanctorum of the temple at noon during the ceremony.

In 2019, the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid issue was indeed adjudicated with a landmark Supreme Court decision. The top court had approved the construction of a Ram temple at the contentious location. And mandated that a different five-acre land be located for the construction of a mosque.

On January 16, Vedic rites for Ram Lalla’s Pran-Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya will commence. Amrit Mahotsav will be celebrated in Ayodhya from January 14 to January 22.

At the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, the first swarn Dwar (golden gate) was placed on Tuesday. A photo of the same thing was made public and however quickly went viral on social media. Within the next three days, the Ram Temple would have up to thirteen golden doors placed. Including the sanctum sanctorum’s enormous gate.
