Diljit Dosanjh Takes Stands For A Fan After Brutally Trolled Online

After a girl was widely attacked by a portion of social media users for crying during Diljit Dosanjh’s Jaipur concert, the singer has now spoken. Diljit Dosanjh took to Instagram early Saturday and uploaded a statement stating that it is alright to be emotional. He also shared further videos from his gigs, in which numerous women were observed crying.

The new video indeed begins with several women weeping throughout Diljit’s act. His voice could be heard stating, “It’s okay to cry.” “Music is an emotion.” He then went on to say in Punjabi, “There is a smile, dance, bhangra, gidda, and even tears in it. I’ve sobbed countless times after listening to music. Only persons with feelings may cry. Don’t worry, I’ve got you. Nobody should stop a girl. They are self-sufficient, and both men and women work. They work and can enjoy themselves.”

Fan Reaction

Reacting to the video, one fan wrote, “An artist standing up for his fan” also, “What a dude!. “Another remarked, “Such a beautiful human! He came upon the memes. Allow the beautiful girl to live in peace without harassing her for being fragile.”

Throughout the video, numerous women were seen becoming upset while listening to Diljit perform. During his show, Diljit also informed the audience, “Inna da apmaan karrahe ho, tussi desh di beti da apmaan karrae ho, main tenu das diya gal (You are insulting her, you are insulting the daughter of the country, I’m telling you).” In the video, Diljit is seen bowing to a woman on stage and hugging another girl.

What happened?

Diljit’s crew recently uploaded an Instagram video of his Jaipur concert. A girl was observed crying while singing along with Diljit. Many people then mocked her for crying.

About Diljit Dosanjh India tour

Diljit however kicked off the India leg of his much-anticipated Dil-Luminati Tour 2024 in New Delhi in October. After appearing in Delhi, he sang for the audience in Jaipur. The concert’s big finale will be held on December 29 in Guwahati.
